1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ultraop.in, you agree to use the website responsibly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
2. Website purpose
The website presents UltraOP's creator identity, channels, live destinations, community links, brand work, creator history, journal material and selected technology projects. It is primarily an informational and promotional creator website.
3. Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the UltraOP name, logo, original website design, written material, creator photography, graphics and original creator materials belong to or are used by UltraOP / Sk Ahsan Ahmad or their respective rights holders.
You may view and share ordinary public links to the website. You must not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, mirror, modify, impersonate or commercially exploit protected website material without appropriate permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Third-party platforms and embeds
The website links to and may embed content from third-party services, including YouTube and other social, streaming and community platforms. Those services operate independently and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies and availability.
UltraOP does not control third-party accounts, algorithms, advertisements, moderation decisions, outages, recommendations, comments or changes made by those platforms.
5. Channel and live-content information
Channel cards and live sections are designed to reflect current public content where technically possible. Live status, thumbnails, video availability and external platform content can change at any time. A video or stream may therefore be unavailable even when the website itself is working normally.
6. Business enquiries and support
Business enquiries can be sent to ultraopbiz@gmail.com. Any commercial arrangement, sponsorship, collaboration or service engagement is subject to separate terms agreed by the relevant parties.
The website may display the official UPI ID ultraop001@ybl for voluntary support. Sending a payment is optional and does not create a contract, subscription, entitlement or guaranteed response.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure.
- Do not knowingly introduce malware, harmful code or abusive automated traffic.
- Do not impersonate UltraOP, Sk Ahsan Ahmad, the official brand, or an official channel.

Creator history, channel descriptions, campaign information and project details may be updated as the creator's work evolves. The website is provided on an availability basis and may contain temporary errors, outdated references or third-party failures.
